My girlfriend got her custom-ordered Ranger today. We've been dating for almost 4 years, and she's been out many times in the Explorer and even driven it several times. Guess it rubbed off on her a bit. :)

Specs:
2008 Ranger Extended Cab 4x4
Ford 8.8 rear with 4.10s
4.0L V6 SOHC
5-speed M5OD
Towing package

It's amazing to look under the truck and see a brand new BW t-case and M5OD. The truck drives real nice.

so is she gonna let you drive it?? take it out on the trails and rough it up a bit?

i hate clean beds! youll never want to scratch it! nice truck.... the only thing is ford makes that stereo look like its missing buttons.

Funny that you included a pic of inside the bed. Thats the nicest part of a brand new pickup IMO. A clean, unscratched, undented bed. Tell her to get some sort of spray on bed liner and some bed caps. Those rails dent way to easy. Nice truck though, almost makes me want a new one again.

I already drove it on the road and it drives real nice. That 4.0 SOHC puts out some good power. And, as far as her letting me take it out on the trails and rough it up, do I really even need to answer that question?

That's a real nice truck. All clean, no scratches, shiny black paint job. Awesome. I kind of laughed at the first picture because, and I'm really not trying to be offensive, but you're Explorer (while very capapble) looks like an ogre next to the shiny new pickup.

nice, i remember when my bed was like that. then me and a friend when mountain biking and he had metal petals on his bike :(. the dash looks different from mine (2006). i notice the headlight switch, dash light dimmer thing, and the ashtray is different. looks like an extra 12v too.

and that explore looks monsterous next too it. reminds me of when my friend parked his f350 next to mine.
