brakes need help !!!

can anyone help me out with this problem .i have a 2001 e 350 van , replaced rotors ,brakes bled system , dont fell there are any issues with master cylinder brakes are spongy and does not stop well need help !!! thanks to all who respond !!!!

Spongy brakes means there is still air present somewhere in the line, you may need to re-bleed the brakes . . .
