brake problems on 1986 ford f250

hi i just got a 1986 ford f250 2wd and the brake pedel was stuck down i was able to pull it up but its sticking can it be that it needs a new brake booster because its rusty in the bore of it or what do you think it is and what can i do to fix it, thanks

That's what happened on my b2 when the booster rusted out. New booster solved the problem.
