Bought my friends chopped and bagged '94 Ranger..

It's just me, and I don't know how tall you are, but I wouldn't do a body drop on it, I think it looks good the way it sits, also a tall person like me wouldn't be able to ride in it.


by the by, it's looking sharp.

it'll be tight, but I plan to custom make a seat for it that will sit a fair bit lower, I'm 5'11", buddy who I bought it from is 6'2".

ya I'm almost done with the mud work on the roof. I keep forgetting to take my camera so all my pics are on my cousins camera and he keeps forgetting to send them to me! I bought a new pair of Viair 444c compressors from Brian at Illusive, made a bracket so they sit right over top of the 4 link, just need to drill some holes in it and paint it, then I can mount them and wire them up.

Hate seeing stuff like this it makes me want to start another project when I don't have the time or money to finish the ones I have now! I like the chop top looks like alot of fun to try that. Still say I'm going to make my own first gen 4 door. Someday when I'm old and have nothing better to do!

Got some "reface" on the roof a few weeks ago..

started blocking it with 240 grit today

Also got the tail light fillers welded in, since they were just glued in before and were cracking.

I'm guessing LED lights bars judging by the slits in the thing that used to be a tailgate.

Looks like its going to be fun to install the back window, are you going to weld a flang to the plate holder so the rubber gasket has something to hold on to around the plate holder?

metal bonding adhesive, that was improperly applied, NOT by me.

ya I'm gonna weld a flange on, but its not getting a rubber gasket, the back window is a secret for the time being.
