I don't know if anybody's found this and posted it or not, but I came across it and thought it'd be a good source of reference. Check the link: http://www.roadkillcustoms.com/hot-rods-rat-rods/Wheel-Bolt-Pattern-Cross-Reference-Database.asp

What you do is you either put in your bolt pattern (eg. 5x4.5", 5x114.5mm) and click search. It'll then generate a huge list of vehicles with that same lug pattern and it'll also give you various dimensions for the stock wheel (eg. wheel size, center bore, etc.).

If you don't know your car/truck's bolt pattern you can search your make and model below that first entry field and click search and that will then generate a list of the specs for your stock vehicle.
Pretty useful I thought..
