body lift 2" vs 3"

if you do a 2" body lift kit make sure your bumpers will be the same. I did a 3" body lift on my 85 ranger & it screwd up my bumpers on the front & rear so my guy had to mod my back bumper with like material of my back bumper & it looks good. The front is a different story but don't look too bad. My 3" body lift kit cost me $ 100 something from Summit Racing. They have all of what you will need for a 302 conversion in your truck.

yeah I'll have to either make brackets to raise the bumpers up or fill the gaps with something. Depending on how it looks I might leave the back bumper alone...and one of these days I'm gonna buy a MIG and make me some tube bumpers so at that point I'll just build the bumpers so they'll be located correctly.
