2.3L ('83-'97) Body code

Hey everyone I know this might be posted but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I'm looking for the body code on my 97 ford ranger xlt 2.3l. It's for the wiring harness for the radio I would like to install. Iv tried Google and iv looked at the tags but can't seem to figure it out. I'll attach my door sticker where it should be. Thank in advance

"R14" in the VIN should be for a 2WD 2-door Supercab.
