Blower Regulator

Hi, quick question: Will a (A/C) Blower Regulator for a 1995 Ranger fit a 1995 Explorer?

I own a spare regulator at my garage and my friend owns an Explorer in Australia. He's been rebuilding his truck after the flood and one of the parts I plan to donate is the (A/C) Blower Regulator.

Look at them both and compare them side by side. Are the mounts in the same position? The blowers are the same size?
