blinkers... really blinking!

About a month ago I put my left blinker on and it went - blink!blink!blink!... blink, blink, like usual. Today my left blinker went really fast again for a few turns this time and then just before I went to pull in the driveway it blinked like usual. Its only happened with the left blinker and intermitently. What could it be?

When your signals blink fast like that...it means you've got a burnt out bulb somewhere. Check them out. Turn on your turn signal for which ever side is fast flashing and look at the bulbs on that side....you'll find out which one it is.

If it's an intermittant problem like that it could just be a loose bulb. Start with the simple fix first.

If it is a bad bulb though, just go ahead and replace both at the same time. When one goes out, it usually means the other is soon to follow.

The actual flasher may be going out.

The bulb filament broke at one end, I barely could see it. Problem solved, thanks for the help.
