Been away for some time

I have not been on here in a while, stepping back in to say hello. I forgot all my user info so I reregistered, use to be mpreece but have changed all my emails and other stuff so I just redone everthing. Just bought a 2006 STX 2WD with the 3.0 V6, mainly got it for the gas mileage over my 93 Explorer. I am driving 40 miles one way to work and the 17mpg was killing me. So far I have got 25mpg on the STX. Good to be back.

welcome, looking at that user name I thought you had a Chevy, haha. Anyway, I was wonderin' what the STX package has, I've seen the old ones, so I'm guessin they are similar to the EDGE pckg.

The STX I bought has the airdam on the front with the driving lights, it had the side steps under the doors but I took them off. I did not think they looked good on a two wheel drive. The inside is no frills with rubber mat, but it does have the sports gage package, 5 speed, and 3.0 v6. I will post pics later.
