Bazooka Tubes?

I have read some reviews about them. The reviews look good. Has anyone on here used or have one? After i cut the center of my seat off ill probably buy one.

I got my Pioneer 4-way 260W speakers yesterday. I installed them and they sound very good. I would just like to add some bass but not spend a lot of money.

ive had a bazooka 12" triangle sub but it didnt have the tube and that thing pounded so hard in a normal box!! i would imagine that it would sound better in an actual tube that it was designed for.

ya i got the basic 8inch bassoka tube and it sounded pretty good and real easy to hook up. i have since taken it out of the tube and made my own box for it.

bassoka tubes are garbage in my opinion... I'm sure there will be a lot of people who won't agree but thats the difference between pro and amateur audio. Your best bet is to find a sub made by a decent company and put it into a premade box from www.partsexpress.com they have really cheap premade boxes that usually are close to the nominal volume the sub wants. If it doesnt just stuff the box with pink fiberglass insulation and it will trick the sub into thinking it has a bigger volume.

ps good sub companies include JL, JBL, MB Quartz, Viffa, Audax, Aurasound, and many others bassoka and sony xplodes aren't even worth the shipping value.

i agree with rjp spend a little extra money and get a better sub i have a JL audio 12'' w6 and it is worth every penny and it is not the first one i have owned i had 2 12" w3s in my old ranger (way to much but sounded amazing)
