Bank 2 closed/open loop status

First time connecting FORScan up to my 2000 3.0l. It connected and scanned first try, no problem. I'm just curious if the "error" under bank 2 open/closed loop status is on the vehicle side or forscan side. As you can see in this picture, it reads all 3 O2s and they all react. It also shows bank 1 status.

That says FuelSys2. I'd think that is for the dual injected systems. (Direct and port)

The descriptions that pop up when you hover over them say it's bank 1 loop status (fuelsys1) and bank 2 loop status (fuelsys2). I was under the impression that the ECU was either in open or closed loop and couldn't be closed on half of the engine and open on the other
