Ball joints


Yeah, a '93 will ALWAYS use the D35 balljoints, regardless of what the axle is (or it's gears are).

Some moron I guess thought the D28/35 hybrid thing (used on some 4cyl & 3.0L trucks) was the same as the old '83-'89 D28 axle when they programmed those computers. What's frustrating is how this problem still persists to this day (18 years now) :rolleyes:
 
The RBVs in general are difficult. Ask for a rear drive shaft u-joint for a 91-94 explorer and they'll give you a 1330 joint...

Up until recently allot fo stores would ask if you have 9" or 10" drums for the rear brakes on them as well.
