yea it got really humid and stormed bad that night.

it has less power than my old 1.9 Isuzu pup ,it will hardly move its self. . . . . b4 it actually ran pretty good i stomped a few ricers with it lol

Not necessarly in any order;
hard starting,
flooding out...excessive black smoke out the tail pipe
and yes the fuel in the little vacuum line.

erraitc fuel pressure...only noticeable with fuel pressure guage, symptom would be lack power, which you now are expressing.

can't remember if you already changed the MAP sensor yet??

Did you try putting some dry-gas in? It could be water in the gas.
