b2200 enigne problems

i have a 93 b2200 with a locked up engine, just clicks. what should i do to keep it on the cheap side

Put some kind of penetrating oil in the cylinders and give it time.

I used to try the easy/cheap ways to unstick engines...I found it's usually cheaper to tear the motor down and find out why it locked up.
