B2 floor shifter to AOD

Looking for more traffic in general...

So, I have to rig my floor shifter to my AOD. Initially I thought I would pull the shift arm off the transmission and build a new one of the correct orientation and whatnot to co-operate with my B2 floor shifter. The shift arm on the AOD dosn't want to come off.....

So, what have you other guys done? Is there a preferred method that I have missed picking up floating around the forums here? Is there a kit that I can obtain to make this easier?

B&M makes a kit for all their shifters for the AOD I have to do the same thing soon to my truck but I haven't got that far yet. Sorry I couldn't be more help.

I think this is going to be a very custom thing.....
