I have to wait for payday to get a rebuild kit but ill keep you posted. Is the PCV the one that should rattle around if so i did check it and it works fine

The PCV is supposed to rattle, but that by itself doesn't mean it is working, just means it isn't stuck.
You should be able to blow through it one way but not the other.
