axle questions

ok well ive been wheelin on the stock 7.5 and the dana 28 and finally exploded the spider gears in both and i was wonderin what axles i should upgrade to or should i just weld them solid and try again?thanks

Dana35 and 8.8" from an Explorer (search... VERY common swap in place of the D28/7.5")

i know they are but it there any solid axles that have the pinion on the right side that would fit under the bronco 2

The pinion is on the left side (driver side) on RBV trucks. A D44 out of an early Bronco would work and be the correct width, or you could shorten a D44 or D60 axle out of an F-series pickup. You could leave them as is and go full-width too.

Additionally, a D30 out of a Jeep would work.

now on the dana 30 out of a jeep are they any stronger than the d28?and i know were a set of 3/4ton f250 out of a 78 ford and i could get them cheap would it be hard to put leafe spring under the front?thanks

It would be easier to stick with coils, as your truck already has most of the hardware under there for coils. Yes, a D30 is stronger than a D28.

the 35 from the explorer id put on par strenth wise to a solid axle d44, much strong the the jeeps junk d30, in my opinion a d30 from a ford d28 is not even a upgrade, just seen too many of the jeep rears grenaded wiht stock tires the first time the 4wd is used

D30s vary in strength depending on whether its hi-pinion or not, and what axle u-joints it has (the weakest D30 is maybe 10% stronger than the D28, the best D30 is around 90% or so of the D35's strength).

As mentioned, the D35 is a plenty sturdy axle that just bolts in, and is why it's so popular. You'd have to dump some coin into a D44 also to make it significantly stronger than the D35.
