just try it, worst thats gunna happen it doesnt work?

Well I'm ordering cables for a super nintendo, but the TV I will be using does not have an RCA connection, only the YPbPr so I don't want to spend the money on the cables (power, video/audio, and controllers) if I can't use it anyway.

Baxtej.... good form on those squats.. lmao!

:thefinger: lol i forgot i had put that on there a while back.... i haven't used the site regularly for a while, so I guess I forgot that I had the link in my sig... but they weren't squats lol

No it won't work. You will get a picture but the colors will be way off. Usually a purple tint.

Looked like parallel squats with no bar to me. But you call them Whatever you want! :icon_rofl:

No! The Yellow, Red and White cables are video, right audio, and left audio respectively. The YPbPr takes the video signal and splits it in three for better quality.

You would have to get a converter... which will make the picture crappy since you can't make a crummy signal better. I'm assuming you have an HDTV?

What other input options are available on your TV? S-Video can work with a bit of tweaking. Do you have anything (VCR's) plugged into the TV that have RCA (YRW) hookups on it?

You're mostly right except that Red and White on the RCA cables can be right audio and left audio or left audio and right audio. It really doesn't make a difference as long as it's in the same corresponding input on both ends.
