Wired in series, each voice coil would have 4 ohms impedence equalling 8 ohms per sub. Wired in parallel, each voice coil would have 2 ohms impedence equalling 4 ohms per sub, correct?

this is what youd want if you want to bridge your amp

otherwise wire each speaker in parallel and run 1 sub per channel

It's wired in parallel right now, I'll just keep it this way. They sound good enough for me so I won't screw with them anymore lol. Thanks everybody for your help!

i decided to take the passenger subwoofer out because i needed to fit a toolbox inside there. Now ive learned that using one output on the amp can damage it, so i was wondering if i should bridge it, using one sub. Use the positive on the left output and the negative on the right output, correct? thanks

if its a 2-channel. run the postive wire from one channel, and negative of the other channel. this will bridge the amp.

but if your subs are dual 4 ohm and your only using one means youd have to run it at 2 or 8 ohms, since your amp isnt stable in 2 ohms while bridged you will have to wire your sub to 8 ohms if you plan to bridge your amp. You could just run each voice coil on its own channel.
