So today I woke up to put my tinted windows in from my old truck. So I go out to start it and I have a flat so I went to get my compressor. Came back and like an idiot (for the 4th time) locked the keys inside. So I think I could call a locksmith (again) but I am replacing the windows anyway today right? Right...so I grab my 6 iron and go to work.

At least it was good timing.

Out with the old inn with the new. I also had some fun smashing a window on the street in my neighbourhood. Saved me like 45 bucks from the locksmith too.

Even though breaking glass is fun and a great stress reliever, to keep from having to call the locksmith, have an extra door key made and keep it in your wallet. Mine has saved me numerous times over the years.

Hahahaha! :icon_rofl: I've broken mine three times because of my keys. one with a fishing weight, one screwdriver, and one with a rock. Then i made copies and put them under my truck with one of those magnetic boxes.

Zip tie and duck tape. that is what me and a few of my friends do. just zip tie them to the frame and the wrap it to the frame with duct tape to keep ot from rattling and shaking free.

I did have a spare and i broke it off because of my stupid shaved handles. I bent the lock rods to the latch rod location instead of getting poppers so they break easily.

Should have done it with a video camera, but thats just me.
