ASE or Ford Tech HELP needed please

The next test that should be done is a Cylinder Leak Down Test. This will tell you if the cause is a base engine concern. I would compare all readings and go from there. Fuel delivery would be the next system to verify proper operation. Severe overheating can cause injector flow problems. Last is the Ignition System. Not likely unless the timing is way off. Has the PCM been re-calibrated to the latest ford update? It still could have a bad PCM. My last thought would be take it to a shop with a dyno that programs PCM's. They could program out the rough idle and possibly give you a few more hp and make the trans shift better while they are at it.

just to start, first thing i notice is your are running lean on bank 2 in almost all of the freeze frames. and the O2 sensors are always lean. check the intake gaskets with propane or another fuel while watching the short term fuel trims. if they go way negative when you introduce the fuel around the gaskets you have a leak.

check for excessive vacuum in the crankcase by attaching a vacuum gauge to the dipstick tube.

check the resistance values of all 6 fuel injectors with the engine hot. they should all be the same.
