are 3.0l heads same as 4.0 heads?????

just wondering if the heads from a 4.0 and 3.0 are pretty much the same when it comes to the exhaust?will headers from a 4.0 bolt on a 3.0 motor?

they will bolt to the head...there may or may not be clearence problems with items like HVAC box, steering box, etc.
