hello everyone i just got some Mazda b3000 rims from the 90s the aluminum ones ! and want to see if i can just put my old original tires on the new rims so if anyone can tell me if they fit or not would be appreciated

If they're both the same size wheels... tires can be swapped. I'm sure the lug pattern is the same between the two.

Rangers over the years have used 14... 15 and 16 inch wheels.

Chances are good. Though before a certain year, the Mazda trucks were not based on the Ranger platform. But wheels tend to be more universal than a lot of other stuff. Test fit before you buy, if you can.

From 1994 and later. I think there are a few 14" wheels that will not work on a 4x4, but why would anyone do that?

The Mazdas from 1993 and prior were Mazda products based on the old chassis that Ford sold as the Courier.

wow ok so it should work i only ask because i am trying to find some 1997 aluminum Mazda rims but cant seem to find used ones

I'm trying to find a certain type of wheels that were on both B-series and the Ranger. I can't find them used locally. If I'm willing to drive to Southern California I could find them, but I don't have the free time to do that.

ahh yes I am trying to find those nice aluminum 2010 to 11 Ranger rims if you see any

Yeah, any of the Mazda B-series from after Ford got them switched to the RBV platform and any of the other Mazda variants of the RBV line should mostly swap. Some years of trucks have fit issues with either brakes (in the case of the 14” rims) or center bore (I have a set of 18” rims off a newer Explorer, think they said 2016 and the center bore is too small plus the offset is wrong so I need spacers to make it fit right).

I’m also going to put this thread in the appropriate section…

just curious, what rims are those?

The most common are these 16" wheels

And these 15" wheels
