application tests for atk

my stepdad has convinced me to go apply for the local atk plant here in lewiston. i have spent 2 years in and around machine shops. cnc's mills' lathe's. and have 1 year experience in the high school machine shop course.

was wondering if any one here knew what to study for and and what to expect on there tests.

its been a few years i need to study abit

atk is one of the bigger if not the biggest bullet making factorys.
there main shop is in michigan.

they also make nasa's rockets.

ive spent 1 year in the high school machine shop course, then i spent 3 lurking around my stepdads place of work helping out.

there hiring local high school grads with no experience.

i just pulled out my asvab book and read up on all the machine shop parts, tools, names, definitions =]

If they are hiring, I'd jump at the chance. Had to do a Google on ATK and yes they are the largest, suppling bullets to all the major brands who re-brand them.

i'd jump on that, I know a guy that works their and they pay pretty well. If I lived up there I'd apply. But I live in boise.
