Anyone price building a garage/pole building?

My 6-month lease just came up on the house we rent. We've rented this place since 11/2006. I asked for a 3-month lease this time and told the landlord I needed to find a house with a garage. I needed to either go up $100-$150 a month in rent, or find a house for less rent and rent a seperate garage. We told him we really like the house, but we really need a garage.

Well, when we went over yesterday and signed the 3-month lease, the landlord said he was pricing garages. He said if he could get one put up and spread the payment so that my rent wouldn't go up more than $100-$150 a month that he would have one put up.

He's looking at a few options, but I know one is a steel building. He showed me a price for a 25x34x13 "A" model he could get from www.usbuildingsdirect.com for around $4,200. I told him I definitely needed a 2-car for my trucks. He told me to look and see if there was anything there that I like. I'd rather have a straight wall building than the "A" model.

We'll see.
