Anyone know anything about Nissan Sentras?

...I have a friend that has been through four of these cars over about 8 years. Each one of them ended up with over 400K on them...

So lets see here (4 cars x 400,000 miles)/(8 years) = 200,000 miles per year! :icon_rofl: :icon_rofl: :icon_rofl:

I smell BS. Please explain how he was putting 200,000 a year on a car. Did he live in it?

Anyway, back to Sentras. Yeah I believe the ones made in Mexico are called Tsurus, and I believe the Sunny is still made somewhere. All are the B13 chassis.

The Mexican version of the Sentra is the Tsuru indeed; however, they also have the Sentra as we know it in the U.S. The Tsuru is just a more popular stripped down version. The family I stayed with for my semester abroad in Mexico had a nice little 99 Tsuru with a 5 speed. Great little car! Easy to work on too from what they tell me (the family is involved in auto repair).

The Tsuru is the next most popular car on the road in Mexico next to the original VW bugs.
