Anyone ever seen a cross pin or c-clips wear?


What you're describing sounds exactly like what's described when the cab bushings are shot on a '99+ Superduty. May not be your problem, but your description is dead on.
 
Well, gives me another spot to check. Thanks for the suggestion.

I ordered new end links, sway bar bushings, all 4 shocks, and both u joints... it's due for all that crap anyway. I'm still shopping around for upper control arms and lower ball joints, they all seem to be cheap China garbage. If it's still clunking after all that and a fresh alignment then it's destine to just be clunky forever unless I find some secret culprit.
