anyone do anything like this

hey everyone. new 2 the site. I now have a stock suspension ranger. I have 20s on it now. I got then used from a friend, so not 2 sure on the offset or anything. I Need new tires on them. so insted of running the car like tires that I have been running on them. I was thinking of putting on some toyo open country a/ts something like a 285/50r20. But Im thinking I would need 2 lift the truck 2 fit those on. Anyone do anything like this? also what would be the lift if I needed one? and whats the cheapest way.(dont like body lifts). I found like a 3 inch lift on fatbobs garage for like 250. anyone get anything from there? Also where is a good place 2 get those tires I want? thanks
