I downloaded this off gamepass last night and played for a little bit this morning. Seems wicked awesome.. all I've done so far is put some better tires on the k1500. I cheated and googled the location to the lift.. or "rise" as those wierdos put it.. for the k1500.. going after that first thing tomorrow lol.

Alright, I've got enough time into the game to make an honest assessment now.
What a masterpiece!
It's without a doubt the slowest driving game I've ever played, both in terms of progression and vehicle speed. It's also probably the most happily aggravating game I've ever played.
I'm playing the maps in order for the most part.. I've completed black river apart from the timed contests, I've got a good bit done on smithville dam, I've made one or two trips to Drummond Island to bring contract materials.. havnt been to Island lake or whatever yet.
The game has a way of "stealing" time from you, absolutely.
I was playing the other night, fiance went to bed around 930. Before I myself went to bed I wanted to pick up the 4 lost fuel barrels on the smithville dam map and bring them to the fuel station..
Long story short.. the next time I looked at the clock it was 330am and I was having to contend with two tipped over trucks and not even close to having completed a seemingly simple task lol.
Its nuts. I HATE staying up late. I'm old inside. I'd really like to be asleep by 9. The fact that this game had me up until nearly 4am not realizing how much time had gone by or what time it was speaks volumes.
Anyone here I bet would LOVE snowrunner. Even if the last video game they played was O.G pong.

My wifes nephew plays that and mudrunner on his PS4 when he stays. Not gonna lie ive partook a few times. I usually end up screwing myself though by making a big mess. I then turn the controller back to him and after a few minutes of grumbleing hes back to doing whatever he was doing,
i haven't played it but i'll check it out!
