Another Axle Swap Question - '04 axle in a '94?

Also they left you the brake lines from the splitter on top of the axle so you dont have to do anything to modify the lines. Just screw in the flex hose from the splitter to your fitting on the frame rail and you are good to go after bleeding the rears.

Awesome, so then all I'll need to do is hook up the parking brake cables and bolt it up. Thanks for the tip!

U Bolts - I know I need 3-1/4" with 9/16"-18 thread, but I'm not sure what length. Would these work?

I've been searching and searching but I can't find what length bolt is needed, seems like swapping with an FX4 rear is a bit more rare.

I used 7.5" for swapping a fx4 axle into my 03 xlt, 2wd, stock suspension. Fit pretty nicely, maybe 3/4"-1" of thread sticking thru the nuts. Note, I have no lift blocks in the back, so if you do, you'll need longer bolts.
