Another $50 Paint Job

Looks good! I'm about to help a friend paint his 89 tarus this way.

For anyone looking to buy this stuff you can get it at Lowes. It's not 'tractor' paint, but it is enamel paint, which is the same thing.

How did you guys spray it? In a garage or something. i would like to do this but i dont know how i would get it done as far as spraying it goes?

I sprayed mine in shop/garage. Make sure you sweep your floor real good and then wet it down right before you spray to keep the dust down. Also, cover anything you have in your garage with plastic because painting mist will get on everything. Make sure you have decent lighting such as a couple of shop lights helps.

rattle can

If any of you guys want some pretty good paint try that valspar tractor paint they sell it at TSC also. It's rattle can but it's still good and tough

You oghtta wet sand and buff it, make it look real nice!

The best thing to do if you want a glossy shine is to throw a couple of coats of clear coat on it too. It'll give it that wet look and also give you a thicker and more durable paint job. Nice job though.:icon_cheers:
