I had the same problem your having and I found that the electrical connectors below the brake booster where corroded and frayed. So I replaced them an added a extra ground wire from the ECM grounding screw direct to the battery neg post.And check to see if you have the right relay installed if it's a after market because the fuel pump relay will have a diode and the ECM relay doesn't.

i have fixed the problem. it was a wire grounding in the harness when i pulled th rats nest of a factory harness it did somthing. i put the pump to a toggle switch and problem solved. i want to thank everyone for there suggestions and help on this problem. when in doubt call dad. hes the man. i havent drivin this thing in over a year and im happy to say its snow season and im gonna use my brand new tires i havnt ran in a year. lol thanks again TRS MEMBERS.
