Too cold to be painting right now. When I paint them, they're coming off and I'm painting the jambs and everything. So it'll be in Spring when I can throw my half doors on again.

Well, Jon knows where the next lifetime of lays are coming from, they are not a renewable resource, you have to do what you can to preserve the reserves. He's playing his cards right early on, he knows what's up. :icon_rofl:

somebody has to do it...might as well be me :D

Bunch of killer looking rigs there Andres. Aren't you glad I convinced you to get the MTR-K's:D

You sure did Mike, twisted my rubber arm. :D

Nice pics, just took my ranger up in the snow today, my tsl's seemed to float really well, I don't have any lockers and it they carried me really well

Yeah, the TSL is an excellent snow tire. You can air them down like crazy and they float real nice with a lot of traction.

Took 'er out the other day in the snow again with the beadlocks this time... my goodness. Went down to 2 PSI and braaaaaaap, she goes anywhere! Coming up in the next couple weeks is rear locker install (I've actually outgrown the l/s... I'd rather have a locker, it's predictable...) carpet removal and interior trim remoal, OBA setup and possibly start on the ARB install up front. Stay tuned guys, I ain't done yet! :D

see...I knew ya would love the beadlocks.....:D

can't wait to see everything else....

l8r, John

I can't wait either. It'll be nice to finally have OBA to air up from my 2 PSI. :D

I've been doing a bunch of research as well... I want to keep playing with TTB, but I do not want to swap in a D44... so I've been looking into doing up a D50 from an early 90's F-250... Nothing is set in stone yet (obviously) but it's an idea I've been tossing around. I'd be running long arms and coilovers if I do it, and probably 4-linked rear. I'd also swap to a 1st gen regular cab Ranger body... ideas ideas. Haha.

Must be nice to live in a country that lets you run bead locks on the open road.

Good job on the truck, can't wait to see more pictures of the next upgrades.

Robert

What's wrong with running bead locks on the road?

Well technically they're illegal due to the fact that A)you're a moron and don't retorque the bolts after you run them for a bit, or B) you weld them yourself and the whole inner ring breaks off and bad things happen. But as far as I'm concerned these are bead"looks". :icon_thumby:
