The seat belts are supposed to be replaced if they were worn during a collision because the inertia mechanism could be damaged. I'd be careful buying used airbags, you might end up with shrapnel throwing Takata parts if the truck was wrecked before the recall was done. The recalls are driven by VIN's so a dealer could check history if you have the VIN off the donor truck. Airbags aren't expensive compared to funerals.

As far as the RCM needing to be replaced after it fires, it's true. You can't reuse blasting caps either.
