Advice on 91 to 94 ranger 4.0l thank you


So I think my problem is my pcm, Is it possible to have someone reprogram my pcm for the motor?
Also if my wiring harness has a genric harness because parts stores list no cam sensor for years 91 to 94 and I have a plug in my harness for the cam sensor? Thanks
