advice needed quickly!!!!

Alright, the 460 that im putting in my ranger has the v-belt system and i dont feel like buying a serpentine kit and my question is, will the brand new steering pump from my 2.9 work on the 460??

It would probably bolt up the brackets on your 460, depending on the brackets on your 460, the bolt pattern should be similar or be made to work anyway.
