Wasnt sure if this fit the steering section, but in a nutshell how would i go about adjusting my camber in a 98+ 2wd ?

Thanks in advance

By taking it to an alignment shop.

The bolts for the upper control arms are on eccentric cams and adjust the camber and caster together as they are turned. There isn't a great way to measure camber or caster without an alignment rack though. It's possible, but not worth the hassle since you will probably spend more on materials to take the measurements than you will to take it to Kost and get a life-time alignment.

Also from the factory there will be no adjustment, you will need to buy camber/caster eccentrics and install them to be able to adjust it.

So what did you run over to bend whatever it is that has required this adjustment?

:icon_rofl:........I can hear the gears turning in your head from here!

haha i ran over a three inch spindle lift :headbang:

shop wanted 1200 to replace balljoints which i did for 60, and they want 250 to install eccentric camber kit which i will also be doing:thefinger:

just wanted to see if it was possible at all to align/adjust as i dont trust auto shops much

I would simply install then eccentrics yourself and take it to a good alignment shop to be adjusted.

ya thats what i was thinking, just one more... are the eccentric (washers?) universal or do i need to get them special from NAPA or something?

Well they are vehicle specific, just give them the year/make/model and you should get what you need.
