Accident at Haspin 5/24/09

A seat belt doesn't necessarily save your life all the time.Chuck even though I'm not your biggest fan I'm gonna tell you this.If you don't have a cage do not I REPEAT DO NOT put a harness in.A harness will hurt you without a cage because they hold you in place and if the roof collapses you WILL die.If you have a cage then by all means do this.

At a time like this I will not argue over this topic with you. If you dont have anything nice to say, stay the hell out of this thread. we can have this argument later.

Another thing mentioned here was cargo. I've seen people on the trail with big heavy floor jacks in the back of their rigs. Anytime you put stuff in your rig and it's not secured, you should imagine what it would feel like if it hit you in the back of the head.

just remember

"Death ends a life, not a relationship.”

You will never forget her, you just have to work harder to communicate now.

Again, my condolences

My condolences to everyone involved-friends and family alike.

I hope we can all learn from this, I'm sure anyone who loses their life in an accident like this would want us to.
