If you read this section, it mentions the RABS diagnostic wire. It is located (on mine, at least) under the driver's side dash.
Once you get the code (number of flashes), you should be able to locate the problem using the charts in the section.

isn't that totally annoying? ever brought it to a ford shop? if i would not have been able to solvethe problem i propably would have taken the lightbulp out. I know that is the worse thing to do aso .... giving up... but who really needs ABS only on the rear brakes???
