Yes, but the shifter for it might not work without a little modification (grinding).

and you need the front drive shaft from the 1350 wile you put it on the m5od...the 1354 has a fixed front yoke wile the 1350 has a slip yoke...and you will need to cut the 1350 shaft down 1 inch
