Hey just wondering if an 89 2wd A4LD out of a v6 ranger can be used in a bronco II by swapping the tailshaft and tailhousing.

Thats a lot of work to do. You would need to tear both down. Might be simpler to find a 4wd or AWD tranny.

yeah well i figure it would entail a good deal of work. but in the end, are the tailhousings and shafts interchangeable?
