pulled the tranny today.. i was right the spring in the pressure plate failed. trans rebuild kit and clutch kit is on the way.

just wrapped it all up. replaced the input, output, and countershaft bearings. and all the synchros. and new shift bushings.
shifts amazing now. yet i still have the stupid 1st 2nd 3rd 5th REV whine. so it would have to be caused by the needle bearings all the gears run on.. which i didn't replace

theres no pimpin to a minivan. maybe a fullsize. like a e150 4x4 with a lift! now that would be sweet!but i guess you gotta work with what you got. i guess that van would look sweet with some neon srt wheels on it or something
or better yet, just get your ranger fixed
