A hard decision to make..

keep the ranger, and just get some decent tires, I've driven through just about every snow storm/ice storm this year with my 2wd clunker, without sliding off the road, or getting stuck. I added some weight, and I had some offbrand garbage tires with decent tread on them. I haven't had to use 4x4 in about 5 years on roads. Offroading is another story :icon_rofl:. You just have to learn how to drive on slippery conditions.

There's also the possiblility of the frame being bent from the impact, never have found a place that would check that AND let me push it in. Haha.

I didn't notice you had a 2wd. I would REALLY get the Subaru now. The WRX with Bridgestone Potenza'a did better in the snow than my uncles F150 2wd with Blizzaks.
