Oh man, only 469 miles from my house to there, ha ha ha.

Video record it with your phone. My kids did the one this past year and it was cool to watch on video as it shades automatically

before and after are cool too. shadows take the shape of the eclipse and colors are off a bit.
I'm about 60 miles from the path here in Ohio.

I brought welding helmets for my workers and I when we had a nearly full one pass by several years ago.

the crowds & traffic that day might be a hassle, I'll be taking the back roads for sure.

I have found that welding lenses plus regular sunglasses is a perfect combination.

No need to drive there; you'll be able to see it from earth.

They decided that Pluto wasn't a planet, so all of the signs got taken down.
