99 ranger front bumper question

hey out there...anybody know a good manual to buy that will show you how to remove old front bumper and install new one..?..or a link to some guide..?..can one guy do it alone..?..without a lift..?..thanks for any help...

Its not too hard at all. Just 4 bolts on the back of the bumper. It is good to have a friend helping though so you dont end up dropping it on your chest when you get it off. It weighs about 30-40lbs.
