99 Ranger body

Does anyone know where i could get a cheap body for my ranger? and bumper actually. I slid into a guardrail and completely smashed it in. If you have any answers please let me know.

And also, i was looking at lifting my truck and putting some bigger wheels on it. Does anyone know where i could find somewhere cheap to get these? And also what kind of lift is better, body or suspension?

in florida on ocala4sale is a 99 ranger 4x4 for sale with a blown 4.0 I think you can get it for 900. Oh yeah its alreayd on 3" BL and 33"s
