'99 Mazda w/Ford 2.5L NEED HELP

I have a '99 Mazda B2500 that I put another engine in from a Ford Ranger. Fit perfect, but the engine is from a tuck with Automatic Trans and I have a 5-spd Std. What wires do I need to jump to get the starter to work? (Park/Neutral Switch) My Haynes book is not too helpful when it comes to the transmission wiring... What do I do with all the other wires?? I FOUND the two I needed for the Back-up light... All that work and I can't start the engine.
ANY help would be appreciated.

it shouldnt matter if the truck was from an auto and urs is a 5 speed all u need to do is change out flywheels and hook up all ur conecters.
