Superlift 4", RCD 5.5", Dixon Bros long travel. These are in ascending price order starting at about $2 mill and all of your personal belongings. Nah seriously, those are the only 3 options I know of and unfortunately they are all fairly pricey.

Trailmaster has a 4" kit, i'd bet either them or the superlift kit is the cheapest. I don't think the RCD kit is being made anymore.
