98 Ranger 4R44e is sticking 2-3

I'm trying to diagnose my transmission problem. It sticks when shifting from 2-3 after its warmed up. It drives fine when I first get in it but after warming up it gives me problems. What is wrong with it? Please help me.:icon_confused

is it sticking, or flairing up the rpms before it goes into 3rd?
